HOW CARBON DEPOSIT REDUCES PERFORMANCE???

DECARBONIZING USING POH TECHNOLOGY – CAR CARDIAC CARE

Common problems faced by all the vehicle owners alike are performance issues and reduced fuel efficiency. Within months after a person buys a new vehicle, These 2 problems begin to haunt the vehicle owners and increases day by day.

Reason behind this is not wear & tear of the engine as most of us think. The real reason behind is Carbon deposits inside the combustion chamber, which is the silent killer destroying the vehicle engine from within. Both performance and fuel efficiency loss is due to this Carbon deposits. This Carbon deposit is not removed through a normal engine oil change or service. If you want to know why this doesn’t get removed you should know how the engine works.

Any engine running using fuel does so by burning the fuel inside. We all know whenever fuel burns smoke and soot is formed. Especially the carbon produced from the unburned fuel is stuck to the side walls of the cylinder, which burns like that of a dying flame.

The most important part of an engine – the combustion chamber consisting of cylinder and piston. The perfection with which it is made shows that there is not even a tiniest space for a foreign body. For a vehicle to cover 1 KM at an average 60 KMPH at 2000 RPM.. it requires at least 1000 combustions inside the cylinder. Imagine its speed to run at 60KMPH. Combustion should take place at least 16 times (per cylinder) in one second.

Let’s suppose one micro gram of carbon is formed during one combustion then imagine in one kilometer 0.00096 gram of Carbon is formed, then what about a vehicle that has covered 30,000 KMs.. a whopping 28.8 gram carbon is formed in one cylinder. Remember a microgram is far less than the actual.

Having said the above calculation, quality of fuel, adulteration in it, kerosene level, low speed, driving in low gears, short trips, traffic blocks etc., further enhances the carbon deposit drastically.

Not only carbon deposits affects performance and fuel efficiency but also affects the functioning of many other important parts of the vehicle like valves, fuel injector, oxygen sensor, spark plug, manifold, turbo charger, EGR, DPF, catalytic convertor etc., this further reduces the performance and fuel efficiency. Also the carbon deposited near the BDC/bottom dead center gets mixed with the lubrication oil causing lubrication oil to be changed earlier as well as increase the wear & tear.

This deposited carbon further affects the engine by reducing the pressure in power stroke; the normal combustion will happen only if the piston moves from TDC to BDC that is from one end of the cylinder to the other smoothly and in perfect timing. But the deposited carbon on the wall causes pre-ignition and builds a flame in the opposite direction of the actual flame causing drastic power loss and also causes stress and vibrations in the engine.

Carbon deposits further increases exhaust emissions, makes driving horrible, excess consumption of engine/lubrication oil, causes stress and vibration in engine, increases noise etc., all these reduces the life of the engine. This is why we call carbon as the silent-killer of the engine. Remember normal oil, filter-changing services won’t remove carbon deposits.

Dismantling engine was the past solution to remove the carbon deposits.. This required several days and was very expensive. Moreover this was a game of luck as the mechanic can’t bring the robotic fitted engine back in its real precision.

ONLY SOLUTION:

Car Cardiac Care based on German technology, tried and tested in many states of India as well in most of the Asian, European & American countries. This technology has C.E., I.S.O., S.G.S. & S.A.S.O certifications. It is a computerized technology based on POH which is obtained from pure water. This can remove excess carbon in just 30 minutes without engine dismantling. This technology could be  used for all engines running in fuel- bike, auto, car, buses, trucks, generator, boat, ship, aeroplane, etc.

What exactly is called carbon deposit in engine?

Soluble Organic Matter (SOF) is a general term for a variety of organic compounds derived from unburned / semiburned fuel during combustion. The intermediate products of fuel and engine oil mainly include Straight-chain, branched-chain alkanes and aromatic hydrocarbons. The carbon number varies from C9 to C28 – straight-chain & branched-chain. Alkanes account for more than 80%, Aromatic hydrocarbons account for about 12%.

Constituents of POH gas:

POH gas consists of H2 (about 60.79%), 02( about 30.39%) and Active substances such as hydroxyl [OH] free radical, oxygen free radical [O].

PROCESS:

This technology is 100% eco-friendly. Our computerized machine produces POH gas and the gas is sucked in by the idling engine through the air intake pipe.

By Thermogravimetric analysis, the oxidation process of particles was subdivided into short-chain SOF component volatilization, Long chain SOF components oxidation, Particle pyrolysis, Small particle carbon core oxidation, Large particle size oxidation.

The thermogravimetric analysis process is initially summarized as three stages: the first stage: water evaporation stage , The second stage is the volatilization and oxidation of SOF components . The third stage: Soot pyrolysis oxidation stage

USES:

  1. Removing the excess carbon deposit improves combustion efficiency – Thus help regain the lost power, mileage, smoothness, drive comfort.
  2. Improves engine life.
  3. Reduces Noise & Vibration, Emission, Black-smoke.
